We begin the day by traveling to the ancient city of Phaselis, once a major trading port with three harbors and a grand colonnaded street flanked by shops, baths, and a Roman theatre. We continue toward Myra, renowned for its spectacular rock-cut Lycian tombs and a remarkably preserved Roman amphitheatre. After lunch, we embark on a scenic boat tour in the Kekova region. As we sail over the sunken ruins of ancient Simena, submerged by earthquakes during the Byzantine period, the crystal-clear water reveals structures beneath the surface. Climbing up to Simena Castle rewards us with panoramic views and ancient sarcophagi scattered around the hillside. Later in the day, we reach Kaş, a laid-back seaside town with cobbled alleys and jasmine-scented cafés.

After exploring the ancient city and strolling to the beach, we journey to the ghost village of Kayaköy, formerly Karmilassos, abandoned after the population exchange of 1923. We walk among roofless stone houses and chapels, soaking in the eerie tranquility. An optional scenic forest path leads us to the famous turquoise waters of Ölüdeniz Lagoon, one of the most photographed beaches in the world. We then transfer to our hotel in Fethiye.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Pamukkale, famed for its surreal white travertine terraces. We also explore the ancient spa city of Hierapolis, where Romans once sought healing in its thermal waters.
